I'm Deepika, a home brewer. I love brewing coffee — coffee is all about experimentation, just like life. This is an Excelsa from Dimbada Estate, Sakleshpur. While many coffee lovers are familiar with Arabica, Excelsa remains a rare and lesser-known variety. For me, brewing Excelsa is a reminder that some of the most exciting discoveries come from stepping beyond the familiar — whether in coffee or in life.

Mohabbat

A rare Excelsa from Dimbada Estate in Sakleshpur, given a 48-hour cashew-fruit-fermented anaerobic natural and roasted by Genetics. Medium roast, silky and deep, dried fig, prune and dried berries.
