I'm Lakshmi Narayana, a home brewer, and I love experimenting with brew parameters to get the perfect cup. I'm brewing a Robusta roasted by Kapi Kottai — fruit-forward notes and a pleasant mouthfeel, brewed on an AeroPress. I'd love to brew this to showcase a good Robusta by giving it the same attention an Arabica gets.

A 168-hour carbonic-macerated Robusta natural from Mooleh Maney Estate in Coorg, roasted by Kapi Kottai. Medium roast, fruit-forward and rounded, raisin, biscotti and blueberry, a case for Robusta given the same care as Arabica.
