I'm Sahil, a home brewer from Bangalore who loves to dissect manual brews one variable at a time. I'm brewing a coffee from the farms of the tribes of the Longleng region in Nagaland. Processed as a washed coffee, it truly highlights the potential of the North East as the new coffee-producing region in India. Grown at a high elevation of 1100m, this coffee is dense in a way unlike most Indian coffees, and it reflects that character in the cup with white florals and citric acidity.

Longleng Washed Peaberry

A washed peaberry from the tribal farms of Longleng in Nagaland, grown at around 1100m, a rare pour from India’s North East. Dense and bright, with jaggery, sweet lime, jasmine pearl tea and green grape.
