About the Process

Yeast Inoculated Natural

My coffee is the Watermelon Co-Ferment from Ratnagiri by Rossette. The first time I brewed it, it felt luscious and full of intense flavour. I chose it because it brewed a light and yet juicy, medium-bodied cup which tastes like you dropped a piece of watermelon bubblegum into it. This one is fun!

Brewing Notes

Rest 14–16 days after roast before brewing.
