Metric is a roaster from Chicago. The Coffeevine featured it as a global roaster in its September 2026 edition, with “an expressive and vibrant Kenyan lot from Mugaya”, roasted for filter only, tasting of vanilla bean and black tea. The Nerlu pack is dated as roasted 9 September 2026.
About Mugaya
Mugaya is a washing station in Kirinyaga county, run under the Mutira Farmers’ Cooperative Society and founded in 1975. Other roasters list its lots as mostly SL28 and SL34.
